Our Story
At Leche de Tigre, we honor the spirit of Peruvian cuisine—its bold flavors, rich history, and vibrant coastal roots—but we don't follow the script.
We're authentic, not traditional. Our food is rooted in the Peruvian experience, yet it's shaped by curiosity, creativity, and a drive to explore. You'll find the essence of cebiche, pisco, and street food classics here—but reimagined with new ingredients, techniques, and ideas that reflect who we are and where we are.
Our Mission
We believe sustainability isn't optional—it's essential. We work closely with responsible purveyors, minimize waste, and stay seasonal so that what's good for the planet is also what's good on the plate.
Above all, Leche de Tigre is about community. It's a place to gather, share, and connect through food and drink that surprises and satisfies.
Bienvenidos a leche de tigre

What is pisco?
Pisco is a grape brandy that originates from South America, more specifically in the valley of Ica in Peru. The beginning of Pisco originated with the Spanish conquests through the introduction of European grapes that proved to flourish in Peru’s diverse climate. It quickly became a part of Peruvian culture and continues to be the most loved and celebrated liquor in Peru. Pisco is typically bold with earthy, bright, and fruity flavors and a hint of sweetness. The country’s passion for pisco has propelled its popularity worldwide.
